In a recent interview on Arise Television, Chille Igbawua, a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), expressed strong support for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, who remains resolute in his candidacy for the 2027 presidential race. “I do not know where he has data on Atiku’s health. Atiku has not changed his age, but whether at that age he cannot govern is a totally different thing,” Igbawua stated, insisting that many younger individuals lack the capability that Atiku demonstrates.
