EFCC Launches Investigation into Atiku, Malami and Others Following ICC Ruling on Mambilla Deal

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has confirmed the establishment of a specialized team tasked with investigating key figures implicated in the recent International Criminal Court (ICC) ruling concerning the Mambilla Hydropower project. Among those named are former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Attorney General Abubakar Malami, both of whom have previously held significant positions in Nigeria's governance.

This investigation arises from findings that highlight various politicians and public officials who reportedly had dealings with Mr. Adesanya, a central figure in the Mambilla deal.
